Sinangag (Garlic Rice)

Sinangag or garlic fried rice is a favorite Filipino side dish because it is simple to make and adds flavor to any main dish. It is a common component of Filipino breakfasts and is eaten alongside a number of different Filipino dinnertime main courses. Note that the recipe requires the use of cooked rice, as raw rice would not have sufficient time to cook on the stovetop.
