Communications: Cell Phone Dialing Guide
Basic Calling Information
- Mobile phone numbers in the Philippines contain seven digits.
- Mobile phone numbers are preceded by a three-digit prefix which signifies the cellular network to which the number belongs. The first digit of the mobile phone prefix is always "8" or "9".
- Mobile phone prefix + mobile phone number always totals ten digits.
- When calling a mobile phone from within Philippines, always dial the Domestic Access Code "0" before the ten-digit number. Do not dial this access code when calling from another country.
- When making an international call to a mobile phone in Philippines, dial: Philippines' country code [63] + mobile phone prefix + seven-digit mobile phone number.
